Kenyan girl dumps white man in a mall after inability to settle bill

Girl dumps white man in Nakumatt supermarket for inability to pay bill
An off the wall incident happened at a Nakumatt supermarket in Nairobi recently, when a white man who had brought his Kenyan girlfriend for shopping could not afford her bill prompting her to dump him on the spot. The young woman had been having a lot of fun and a tingling glow of satisfaction after her wishful thoughts of dating a white man came to pass.
The woman in question had allegedly been flaunting pictures of her new catch to her friends on twitter.
The girl on first sight smote Sebastian, a 21-year-old Canadian. Barely two days in the relationship, he had given her endearing pet names to delight her. He had even offered to take her for lunch in one of the high class hotels on Mombasa Road.
However, they settled to meet along Lang’ata Road near the girl’s work station. Gladly, he suggested to her a shopping spree considering time was far much spent. Nakumatt was the most convenient place.
Her unsurpassed joy as they enthused about the shopping places around could not be hidden. Since they had not come for foodstuff, Sebastian suggested they try clothes and other related garments.
Every female would undoubtedly drool on the idea of shopping at luxurious shopping malls without spending their dime. The girl’s duty was to pick items and drop them on her trolley while Sebastian’s role — being a gentleman, was to push the trolley and pay.
Elegant
He suggested expensive lingerie with marching pants, thongs, elegant brassieres and some hot pair of stockings.
The bill swelled to approximately tens of thousands. As they took up the line to pay, eyes were on them as Sebastian would not stop tickling his girlfriend who in return smiled shyly. Dressed in white linen pair of pants and a blue sweater top making him look gaily and clean, made him get a lot of glances.
However, this moment was spoiled when the cashier’s sum after her arithmetic totalled up to a couple of thousand shillings. Sebastian easily dished out his wallet only to shout that he was ‘messed up’.
“Sh*t! Oh men! I left home my loaded wallet,” he yelled in English laced with a heavy Mexican accent.
Slithered
As he rummaged his hand from one pocket to another, leaving them dangling inside out. His ‘girlfriend’ slithered out leaving Sebastian with egg on his face.
Sebastian continued the search for non-existent money in his pockets as a long queue became stagnant with all eyes on him.
Noticing that his girl had vanished, a worried Sebastian resorted to shouting her name to the bewilderment of the onlookers. “These Nairobi girls are gold diggers, look at what she could have gotten away with from this white man”, lamented an elderly man.
“No, these white men want to lure our daughters with presents only to sleep with them. He might be a poor lad pretending to be rich”, countered another with a scathing look towards distraught Sebastian who had been let off the hook by the supermarket management.

Outrage as Police summon Standard Group boss, KTN reporters over Westgate story

NAIROBI, KENYA: In what could be the first assault on media freedom under the Jubilee government, police have targeted the Standard Group over a report aired on television station KTN. Police are seeking the Group’s Chief Executive Sam Shollei and two KTN journalists, Mohammed Ali and John-Allan Namu, over the investigative report on the Westgate Mall terrorist attack.

Police delivered summons to the Standard Group Centre on Mombasa Road on Thursday, requiring the three to present themselves to Kilimani Police Stationon Friday.
Head of Kilimani CID George Ojuka said police had wanted the three to appear before them on Thursday but were informed that Mr Shollei was out of town.
Police summons signed by Mr Ojuka addressed to Mr Shollei and copied to the two journalists compel the trio to report to him this morning to answer to charges of “unlawful sending of misleading messages”.
The misleading messages apparently refer to an investigative series run on KTN titled “Zilizala la Westgate” and “Wolves at Westgate”.
Ojuka alleges that the series, which offered insights into events at the mall after the Al-Shabaab gunmen struck, was not factual. The journalists relied on CCTV footage that captured events inside the mall during the siege and which had been widely broadcast both locally and internationally.
“…I do require you Sham (sic) Shollei to attend before me George Ojuka, the DCIO Kilimani at Kilimani CID offices situated at Kilimani Police Division, Nairobi, on Friday the 25th day of October at 0900 hours,” read the summons.
SLIPPED OUT
The officer warns that, “failure to comply with this requisition comprises an offence.”
The investigative series raised questions about official accounts of events during the Westgate siege. The footage at one point showed the four gunmen looking relaxed in a section of the mall before one moves the CCTV cameras. Questions were raised about whether they slipped out of the mall unnoticed. More contentious footage shows soldiers carrying white plastic bags. Authorities have explained that the soldiers had taken bottles of water to quench their thirst. Questions were also raised about the cause of the extensive damage to the building after three floors collapsed.
Police said they have launched investigations into the source of the Westgate Mall footage that showed soldiers carrying items from Nakumatt Supermarket.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Pauly D Wanted Jump Off to Get an Abortion

Pauly D
What’s done is done and Pauly D is officially a father says the DNA test. He seems to be accepting his circumstances now but he initially wanted his jump-off-turned-baby-mama to get an abortion. Said baby mama is now trying to sell the text messages he sent to her urging her to end her pregnancy.
Via TMZ:
Amanda Markert is trying to hawk the text messages to various media outlets in which Pauly asked her to end the pregnancy and he offered to foot the bill.
Sources tell TMZ … at the time Pauly felt it was the right thing to do, partly because of the way the baby was conceived. There was no plan to have a child … and the fact is it was a one-night stand.
As TMZ first reported … Pauly has come around in a big way, not only trying to see the baby but he’s fighting for custody.
By the way, get this — sources close to Pauly say Amanda actually took the money for the abortion, but then … obviously … decided to keep the child.

See where trusting a big butt and a smile can get you? Wrap it up, B!

Eminem: The Marshall Mathers LP 2 Is Not ‘Necessarily’ A Sequel

Eminem: The Marshall Mathers LP 2 Is Not ‘Necessarily’ A Sequel

eminem_0
a week after the original The Marshall Mathers LP  was released on May 23rd, the album had broken the still untouched single week record for most sales at 1.71 million. It is safe to say that naming an album the Part 2 of such a colossal opus will lead to high expectations, which Eminem fully addresses in a snippet of his upcoming interview with Rolling Stone.
In the interview, Em acknowledges the high expectations he placed on this album given the title and says this is the hardest he’s ever worked in his life:
Calling it The Marshall Mathers LP 2, obviously I knew that there might be certain expectation. I wouldn’t want to call it that just for the sake of calling it that. I had to make sure that I had the right songs – and just when you think you got it, you listen and you’re like, ‘Fuck, man! I feel like it needs this or that,’ to paint the whole picture.
While the 41 year old MC admits his name choice has warranted fans to anticipate a continuation of The Marshall Mathers LP, he wants it to be clear that this album is  more of an homage than a continuation:
So there’s not gonna be, like, continuations of every old song on there or anything like that. To me, it’s more about the vibe, and it’s more about the nostalgia.
The full interview will appear in the upcoming Rolling Stone issue out on November 7th.
Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2 will be in stores on November 5th.
